The news of Victor Oleka’s passing came as a profound shock to all of us, his former colleagues at Gotel Communications. He was more than just a boss—he was a mentor, a motivator, and a leader who poured his heart into his work and his people.

Victor’s passion for excellence was unmatched. He led by example, setting high standards while ensuring his team had the support and encouragement to reach them. His dedication wasn’t just to the job but to the people who made it happen. He cared deeply about his colleagues, always willing to listen, guide, and uplift those around him.

He had always seen my capabilities and potential, even when I doubted myself. He encouraged me to strive for greater heights, pushing me beyond my limits with the confidence that I could achieve more. His belief in me was not just inspiring but life-changing, and for that, I will always be grateful.

Oh, Mr. V, as we fondly called you, you left sooner than we expected. Your absence leaves a void that words cannot fill, but your legacy of hard work, kindness, and unwavering support will remain in our hearts forever.

Rest in peace, Mr. V. You will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

May his soul rest in peace. Apart from being together in Gotel for some years, I was privileged to meet with him, when I officially visited NigcomSat Abuja.
