Adamawa State Government to Recruit 4,000 Job Seekers into Workforce

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State has directed the State Civil Service Commission to open a recruitment portal for the employment of 4,000 individuals into the state’s workforce.

A statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Humwashi Wonosikou, states that the recruitment exercise, aimed at filling vacancies across various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), will open from midnight on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, and close on May 12, 2025.

The statement further indicates that eligible candidates must possess relevant qualifications and present original copies of their credentials during the interview. Applicants who participated in the last, subsequently canceled, interview process are also encouraged to reapply.

Wonosikou reiterated Governor Fintiri”s commitment towards improving the living standards of citizens, particularly the youth, by prioritizing job creation and ensuring opportunities are accessible to all.

“This initiative aims to enhance living standards, empower the younger generation, and foster economic growth and development,” Governor Fintiri stated.

Through this recruitment drive, the Adamawa State Government reaffirms its dedication to the welfare and advancement of its people.
