The Executive Chairman of Numan Local Government Area, Innocent Koto, has commiserated with the people of Fufore LGA and ALGON Chairman Engr. Suleiman Gangkuba on the death of Fufore Council Chairman Hon. Shuaibu Babbas.
Koto also extended condolences to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, describing Babbas as one of the governor’s “trusted foot soldiers.”
In a statement, the Numan Council Chairman called the loss “monumental”—not only for Fufore, but for Adamawa State as a whole. He noted that he had worked closely with Babbas since they assumed office and praised his administrative experience and significant contributions to the state’s development under Governor Fintiri.
Koto urged residents of Fufore and the wider Adamawa community to accept the loss as “the will of God” during this difficult time.
