The Executive Chairman of Numan Local Government Area, Hon. Innocent Koto, has extended warm greetings to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, CON, on the occasion of Eid-El-Kabir.

In a statement issued to newsmen in Yola, Hon. Koto described Governor Fintiri as “a true leader who consistently puts the well-being of his people first.”

He also congratulated Muslims across Adamawa State and beyond, urging them to embrace the values of sacrifice, honesty, dedication, and peace that define Eid-El-Kabir.

“Eid-El-Kabir is not just a festive season, but a time to reflect on these core values as we work towards a common destiny,” he said.

Hon. Koto commended the Governor’s empowerment initiatives through PAWECA, aimed at strengthening the state’s economy. “This is a clear indication that poverty will be decisively tackled across Adamawa State,” he added.

He further called on the Muslim Ummah to use this period to promote peace and unity, noting that the Fintiri-led administration has fostered an enabling environment for peaceful coexistence throughout its six-year tenure.

Hon. Koto encouraged all residents of Adamawa State to continue supporting the Governor’s developmental strides, pledging that “as foot soldiers, we will sustain this momentum at the grassroots level.”

Additionally, he congratulated ALGON Chairman, Engineer Suleiman Gangkuba, and fellow local government chairmen, promising continued collaboration to ensure smooth governance across all local government areas.

Hon. Koto concluded by wishing Muslims in Adamawa State and beyond a joyous and peaceful Eid-El-Kabir celebration.
